He brings extensive experience in manufacturing and engineering across the Electronics, Semiconductor, and Automotive sectors, having held key roles at companies such as AB Electronics, Robert Bosch, and Panasonic Manufacturing UK. Prior to joining PMB, Chris served as Engineering Manager at G24 Power Limited, a manufacturer of dye-sensitized photovoltaic products.

Joanne is the Business Manager at PMB Battery Technologies, responsible for UK Finance, HR, Administration, and IT Security. She brings over 25 years of experience in senior office-based roles across a wide range of sectors. Her broad expertise and practical, solutions-focused approach play a key role in supporting the company’s operations and growth.

With over a decade of experience in the Power industry, Marcus brings deep expertise in operations, engineering, and team leadership. He has successfully led multiple factory relocations, managing the end-to-end transition of equipment, processes, and personnel.

Specializing in process flow design and optimisation, Marcus combines technical proficiency with strategic oversight. A skilled user of SolidWorks for analytical and design purposes, Marcus is also known for strong people management skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
